Mediante la realizaci\u00f3n del Informe de Evaluaci\u00f3n de los Edificios se determinan los aspectos como:                                                                                                            Estado de conservaci\u00f3n<\/strong> , accesibilidad<\/strong>, Certificaci\u00f3n de eficiencia energ\u00e9tica<\/strong> del edificio.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Seg\u00fan la normativa, la IEE<\/strong> ser\u00e1 de obligado<\/strong> cumplimiento en los siguientes casos:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2013 Antig\u00fcedad mayor a 50 a\u00f1os.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2013 Para obtener ayudas.<\/strong><\/p>\n
